Yes! We only deliver to Walt Disney World Resorts in Orlando, FL that are fully owned & operated by The Walt Disney Company. We DO NOT deliver to ANY third-party resorts on Disney property. Each third-party resort has different policies in place for perishable food deliveries and WILL NOT accept or hold the order refrigerated. For example, The Swan & Dolphin, Swan Reserve, and hotels in the Disney Springs area are third-party resorts.
We deliver to Disney Resorts Tuesday-Friday from 1:30 PM- 5:00 PM only. There are no morning deliveries. You can order your board the day before it is needed if you would like to enjoy the board the following morning. If you need a board for Saturday, you can order to have it delivered on Friday. Disney Bell Services will accept and hold the order refrigerated until the following day EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT checked in to the resort. Please make a note if you are placing an order a day before it is meant to be enjoyed, so we can label the order properly.
Online ordering will not be available for same-day delivery. You will need to place your order at least 24 hours before the day the board is needed. We encourage you to place your order in advance, as DELIVERY SLOTS FILL UP QUICKLY! If the date you want your delivery is blocked off, that means the business is closed or the date is fully booked.
WDW delivery fee is $27. Drivers are traveling a total of 2.5 hours, 110 miles, roundtrip.
Bell Services in all WDW resorts WILL hold your order refrigerated. The items you ordered will be labeled with the name & phone number on your reservation. Once the order has been delivered, you will receive a text with pick-up instructions and a photo as proof of delivery.
Disney orders can come with a kraft brown bag that will contain plates, napkins, tongs, & utensils, if you choose this option. All orders will come with crackers, unless you only order a dessert board. The board(s) and kraft brown bag will be labeled with the name and phone number of your Disney Resort reservation that were provided when the order was placed.
Unfortunately, no. Only boards will be available to purchase for your Disney delivery. A majority of the café menu contains warm items. To ensure the quality and freshness of your order, they cannot be packaged as to-go orders especially due to the distance we travel to deliver your boards. All of the boards we offer will remain fresh and refrigerated for you when you pick them up at Bell Services!
Absolutely! As long as you fill out the order form with the name of the main person on the reservation & their phone number, we will be able to label the order properly and check it in with Bell Services. Bell Services in all WDW resorts WILL hold the order refrigerated. The items you ordered will be labeled with the name & phone number on their reservation. Once the order has been delivered, YOU (NOT THE RECIPIENT) will receive a text of pick-up instructions and a photo as proof of delivery. It is then YOUR responsibility to contact the recipient and ensure they have picked up their gift. If the recipients never received the order, but Sabrina's Delicacies sent you a photo as proof of delivery and a set of instructions, we are not at fault if the recipient did not contact Bell Services to retrieve their gift. The resort WILL NOT CONTACT THE GUESTS ABOUT THE DELIVERY.
